First Baptist Ludowici COVID-19 Operating Guidelines

Based on governmental, CDC recommendations, and the safety of everyone, we are doing Sundays in a new way right now.  I'm still so excited to share God's word with you.  I hope you're looking forward to joining your First Baptist family on Sunday at 8:45 AM or 11:00 AM in the sanctuary.  We will also be broadcasting live on our Facebook page at 11:00  AM.

  • Wash your hands regularly.
  • Use hand sanitizer.
  • Practice social distancing (6 feet apart).
  • Wear a mask to protect others.
  • All staff will wear a mask.
  • All workers and volunteers will wear mask.
  • Monitor your own health (if you are sick, not feeling well; stay home).
  • If you have COVID please let others know to help prevent further spreading. (Church staff & others you came into close contact)
  • If you have COVID please follow CDC guidelines for quarantine.

Staff responsibilities:

  • Number one priority is the safety of our people.
  • Staff will determine weekly what ministries we are able to do.
  • Staff will determine based upon the number of COVID cases in our church, community, and local schools. 
  • If ministries are suspended, they will be so for at least 14 days. 

 
Services Provided At this time:

  • Wednesday Nights 6:00 PM – TeamKid, 51 Youth ministry, bible study.
  • Sunday Mornings- 8:45 Mask mandatory service.
  • 9:45 Sunday School for all ages.
  • 11:00 masks highly encouraged (nursery, children’s church provided).

 
All other activities on church property must have approval from church staff and follow all required guidelines. 

What we are asking:

  1. Please pray for Godly wisdom for our staff.
  2. Consider the safety of others.
  3. If you test positive for COVID please let the staff know and others you have come in close contact with.

Remember as we gather it will be different, but our God has not changed.  Let our focus be on what we get to do this Sunday! You and I get to worship the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords!
